… no writing. So what have I missed?

Well, most of the Cardinal’s lectures. I was disappointed by the first two – Tony Blair and Mark Thompson. A friend attended Rowan Williams’ one and found the language he used OTT. The last in the series is this week, on Thursday, with Cardinal Cormac himself.

The Pope’s visit to the US. So much to read and hear, and so little time…

The London Mayoral elections. Boris won! Should I be please that London politics have become that little bit more interesting and colourful, or worried that someone with such an easy ability to upset others is representing us?
